Thank you for shopping with CODMBase. We take pride in delivering high-quality digital products and gaming services. Because of the nature of our offerings, this Return & Refund Policy explains the limited scenarios in which refunds may be issued.


đŸš« No Refunds on Digital Goods (By Default)

All purchases made through CODMBase are final and non-refundable once delivered, due to the digital and one-time use nature of our items.

This includes:

  • CP (COD Points) top-ups

  • Call of Duty Mobile accounts (of any type)

  • Mod menus, cheats, or game tools

  • Installation guides or activation keys

  • Any downloadable digital content


✅ Eligible Refund Cases

We only consider refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery by Our Side

    • You did not receive your purchased item within 48 hours, and:

      • You followed all instructions correctly

      • The issue is not due to incorrect customer input

      • The product is still in stock at time of purchase

  2. Product Not as Described

    • You receive a product that clearly differs from its listing (e.g., incorrect account level or region)

    • The issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery

  3. Installation Support Failure (Mod Products)

    • Despite our support, the mod or tool fails to install/function

    • You meet all device and iOS version requirements

    • We were unable to fix the issue remotely within a reasonable time


❌ Invalid Refund Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Wrong information submitted during checkout (e.g., Activision login, incorrect email)

  • Inability to use the product due to device issues (unless it's our mod and support failed)

  • Account bans caused by misuse or violation of in-game rules

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase

  • Loss of access due to third-party action (e.g., account recovery by original owner, Facebook bans)


💾 Refund Method

  • For now, refunds are processed via crypto (USDT) to the wallet address you provide.

  • Transaction/network fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund processing time: 1–3 business days once approved.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting screenshots or proof (if applicable)


🔐 Chargebacks & Disputes

We do not support chargebacks. Attempting one will lead to permanent blacklist from all CODMBase services.
All disputes must be resolved through our support channels.


🔄 Exchanges (Accounts Only)

  • We may offer a free replacement for account products only if access is lost due to an error on our part.

  • This must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.
